I do not recommend this complex. All-inclusive turns out to be practically All-exclusive. Nothing to do. The staff only smiles at the sight of tips. The employees approaching you at the pool, offering massages, trips, etc. several times a day. The food is just sugar and flour, heavy. Small selection. No fruit, fresh vegetables. Raw meat and vegetables. You have to pay for everything, even opening an umbrella at the pool. If you do not speak Arabic, you will practically not communicate with anyone. Generally, you can see reluctance and you feel ignored and unwanted. These hidden costs everywhere. The man in the lobby will sell you bottled water for 1€ but will not tell you that there is a dispenser with free water nearby. The beach is small, cut off. It is actually a swimming pool that heats up to a high temperature. We drove 2.5 hours from the trip to Port Ghalib before we took other hotels on the way. The trip from the hotel, for half a day, turned out to be a trip for 1.5 hours(in Port Ghalib). As for the pros, only nature defends itself, camel trip, snorkeling, views, slides are OK. Rooms cleaned every day, coffee, tea, clean. But the food... a bummer, you go all-inclusive and nothing to eat. In the shops of the complex all snacks start from €5 upwards. You feel like an ATM. Slides, bars and other attractions are at specific times, which it is better to get to know. There is also a form of extra dinner, but the food is the same as yesterday in a different place. According to the information in the hotel it has 4 stars. A minute after check-out you are cut off from wifi. So it is better to arrange important information in advance.
