I would highly recommend this resort to families with children as well as couples, older individuals, and younger people who are looking to relax and enjoy themselves. The accommodations, particularly the rooms, are pleasant, beautiful, and very comfortable. They are also arranged in a way that allows guests to feel at ease without worrying about breaking anything. Every part of the hotel provides a very relaxed atmosphere. The food is delicious and presented neatly, with options that cater to various world cuisines. The beachfront restaurant is also fantastic. The pool features interesting slides, and the beach and water are absolutely lovely. The hotel offers a wide range of entertainment for both children and adults. The rooms are cleaned daily in a discreet manner. We didn't feel the need to venture outside of the hotel during our stay and have created wonderful memories from our vacation there.

The rooms were infested with flies and the reception area lacked air conditioning. The water in the bar was warm and it was challenging to obtain ice. Certain staff members, including the manager, displayed rudeness. There was insufficient supervision of children participating in the aqua games, resulting in my son getting injured by another child. Wifi was only accessible for a fee and not available in the rooms. However, the food was enjoyable and the beach was stunning. We also appreciated the animation team. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel has a lovely beach that is great for kids and is well-maintained. However, the service is lacking as there are long lines for everything and you need to be very patient. The main restaurant serves subpar food with limited options. If you want better quality meals, be prepared to wait in line and hope they don't run out quickly. If you plan on going to the beach, make sure to wake up before 8 AM to reserve an umbrella and sunbeds, or else you won't find any available.

Positive: The garden is impeccably maintained, adorned with stunning palm trees and lush exotic vegetation. The beach is wide and pristine, complete with comfortable and efficient umbrellas. I particularly enjoyed how the accommodation buildings were seamlessly integrated into the exotic surroundings. The variety of restaurants throughout the resort offers delectable food options, and I was especially impressed by the Italian restaurant. The ambiance was delightful, the service was kind, and the food, as well as the desserts, were delicious. It's the perfect setting for a romantic evening. Kudos to the entire team for their excellent work. Negative: The complimentary WI-FI is only available in the lobby. Unfortunately, the rooms lack mosquito nets, which becomes an issue when you want to refresh the room with the cooler outside air but have to keep the balcony door closed due to mosquitoes. As a result, the air conditioning needs to be used continuously. Recommendation for improvement: The permanent bracelet received at reception cannot be removed during the stay, and after it is cut, sharp edges are left behind, which can potentially cause injuries. It would be beneficial to explore alternative methods for recognizing guests' services. Additionally, finding a solution to reduce the spread of the smell from burned fuel by motor boats near the shore would greatly enhance the overall experience. Sometimes, these boats keep their engines running without leaving the shore, disturbing the pleasant sea breeze.

This was our first trip to Egypt, and based on a friend's recommendation, we chose to stay at this hotel. Although it is a bit far from Hurghada, there are some additional charges for certain excursions, but that is not a major drawback. The beach is definitely one of the best I have seen there, and we particularly enjoyed the natural umbrellas that provide ample shade. The staff members are absolutely wonderful, and I would like to extend a warm greeting to all of them, although there are too many to name individually. I highly recommend this place to both young people and families with children who are seeking a more peaceful vacation, although there is certainly an Animation team that goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great time.
