Palm Beach Resort

This beach is a fantastic destination for a family vacation. The staff is extremely helpful and always wearing a smile. The sandy beach is absolutely wonderful, and you can even spot fish and dolphins there. The quality of the food is good, and although the rooms are a bit dated, they are well-maintained and clean. The aqua area may be small, but it is quite fascinating.

Upon first arrival, the initial impression was positive. However, as the second day unfolded, it became evident that the beach had its shortcomings. The cuisine was rather basic, the alcohol of low quality, and the beach itself was quite small. The trestle beds were worn out and had dirty mattresses, while the beach towels were old and faded, requiring a card for issuance with a $20 fine for loss. Surprisingly, Wi-Fi was either unavailable or could only be accessed at the reception area for a fee of $5 per day. This was the first time I had encountered such a policy in hotels. Additionally, the air conditioning and lights would periodically shut off due to network overload, which was not surprising. The pool water had a strong chlorine odor, and the shower drains were frequently clogged, causing poor water drainage. As for entertainment, there was only one children's animator, a single ping-pong table, and one billiard table. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. However, there was no desire to return to this hotel. It was evident that the hotel catered mainly to Russian guests, resulting in an overall rating of 3 out of 5.

The hotel is excellent, offering great value for the price. It boasts a pleasant location right by the sea, with a sandy beach and pristine, transparent water. Additionally, the pool is well-maintained and clean. The food provided is both tasty and delightful, with a wide range of options available each day. Moreover, the animation team is highly energetic and ensures a lot of enjoyable activities every evening. I highly recommend this place! 👍

The location is not the greatest as there isn't much around, but the hotel itself is decent with friendly staff. The indoor pools are enjoyable and the beach is satisfactory. The food may not be exceptional, but it is still quite tasty. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel's location is convenient and not too far from the city. The hotel itself is quite nice and has a few small shops, a pharmacy, and a hairdresser. The beach has fine sand and the staff does a great job of cleaning and providing good service. It's a shame that there is no music on the beach though. They offer fruit juice and fruit plates, which are delicious. The food is tasty, but it could use a bit more variety. The cleanliness and staff are both excellent. The rooms are spacious with a balcony that is cleaned daily. Some minor repairs are needed in the bathroom. The animation team is fantastic and truly dedicated to their work. They offer daily programs on the beach and by the pool, as well as nightly shows. Thank you, Palm Beach Resort team, for an unforgettable vacation!
