Akassia Swiss Resort

The water park is fantastic, fun, and suitable for people of all ages. The staff, particularly Mr. WAEL, are extremely helpful. The only issue I had was with the entertainment team and a few bartenders who seemed more interested in foreigners rather than maintaining a professional attitude. The food was decent, but there is room for improvement in terms of quality and variety.

I'm still in Akassia, and this is my third visit this year. Everything is absolutely perfect, especially the hotel. But what I love the most are the guys at the beach bar, Amr and Ahmed. They always bring so much fun and happiness with their constant smiles. Currently, only Amr is working, but it's always a joy to see him. He's always in a great mood and works so hard. These guys truly make your vacation the best it can be. Keep up the fantastic work, guys. I will definitely be coming back!

We had a family vacation for 5 nights and it was one of the best vacations we've ever had. The staff, especially Mr. Wael the deputy manager, took amazing care of us. The food was excellent and there were always open bars for refreshments. The Aqua park was a lot of fun and not crowded, so we were able to truly enjoy our time. There were multiple pools throughout the resort and golf carts available to take us wherever we wanted to go. This visit definitely won't be our last one to this resort.

The service at the beach was amazing, with a quick check-in process and highly trained, extremely friendly, and cooperative staff. The hotel provided a fantastic snorkeling spot, and the aquapark was enjoyable and not overcrowded, despite the hotel being at full capacity. The aquapark also offered a unique kayak river ride. The hotel layout was well-designed, with most of our rooms offering a good view of the sea. The presence of water coolers throughout the premises was very convenient in the hot weather. The entertainment show was truly impressive, and the sea restaurant had a stunning view, accompanied by perfectly selected background music. The food was decent, although there weren't many options available. Overall, this package offered great value for money at a reasonable price.

The beach was absolutely amazing, with breathtaking views and crystal-clear water. The hotel amenities were fantastic, and the aquapark was a great addition. The staff were extremely helpful and made the check-in process very easy, especially Mr. Abdulaziz at the reception. The location of the hotel was outstanding. However, the rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The food was above average. Overall, the experience was fantastic and I will definitely be coming back again.
