We rented a boat named Julia, but it turned out to be extremely slow, which was not mentioned by the staff. It would have been better if we had asked for more information before making the reservation. The staff was friendly, but they ended up charging us an additional 10 euros for the fuel compared to the other boat rental, despite the fact that we definitely used less fuel.
This beach is a definite must-visit for its incredible seafood and inviting atmosphere! The place is stunning and the service is exceptional. I tried the scallops, tataki, and prawns, and they were all perfect and incredibly tasty.
We visited the beach in Ksamil and Sarande hoping to find some peace and quiet. The beach was lovely, although it was small and rocky, and they had loungers available for a fee. Since we only wanted to lay down a towel for an hour, we didn't use them. However, based on comments we read online, it seems they charge for the use of the beach. We did have a coffee when we arrived, so maybe that's why we didn't have to pay. There is a restaurant and bar on the beach, but we didn't eat there so we can't give an opinion. Despite the loud music, the beach was much quieter compared to others we visited, and it was worth it to have a nice place to swim. Overall, it was probably the best beach among the not-so-great options along this coastline.
This beach is fantastic for relaxing and socializing, with a beautiful shoreline and delicious food. What sets it apart is the light pebbles that cover the beach, adding to the unique atmosphere. It's not overly crowded, making it a great spot to unwind. Plus, the owners are incredibly friendly.
When I visited the beach, the water was too chilly for a dip, and even if it were warmer, it may not have been the ideal location for swimming. However, the beach still offers a wonderful atmosphere for relaxing and unwinding.
This is a stunning and peaceful spot! The shaded areas are quite spacious, and there's free parking available. When you first enter the water, there's a 2-meter shingle line. You can relax under small palm, olive, or coniferous trees, and the scent of coniferous trees is all around you. The beach is a combination of sand and rocks, but you can easily move the rocks aside for a comfortable spot to unwind. Additionally, you can take a 5-minute walk up the nearby hill to the closest beach (which may not be accessible by car) and enjoy activities like jumping into the water from the caves.
