The beach has a great location and the room is nice. The staff members are friendly, but some of them, who are just standing around and greeting guests, could benefit from more training. With a little bit of training, they would be able to assist the three main receptionists, which would make everything faster. One of the receptionists, named 'May', is genuinely friendly and helpful.
In the afternoon, they provide a tea/coffee break, which is quite charming. However, I find it a bit odd that they offer a lot of complimentary snacks.
Overall, it was a good experience, but there is room for improvement.
