Bel Ombre Beach

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, as is the service provided. One major plus point is the inclusion of a free golf course. However, there are a couple of minor issues to note: beachgoers should consider wearing shoes for swimming in the ocean, and the ventilation in the rooms could use some improvement. Apart from these, everything else was excellent.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. As vegetarians, the quality of the food was crucial to us, and we were delighted by the extra effort the chefs put in to create customized dishes for us. The veg desserts created by the pastry chefs were especially impressive. Well done, Zaahir! 👏

We recently had a wonderful 10-day stay at Heritage Awali. The resort is absolutely stunning and exceptionally well-maintained. Our room, which had a garden view and a glimpse of the sea, was an added bonus. The housekeeping staff ensured that our room was cleaned daily, and we also received a turn-down service most evenings. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and friendly, consistently providing top-notch service. The food at the resort was delightful, especially the Indian and Italian restaurants. We also had the pleasure of dining at The Chateau, where the food was truly outstanding. The inclusion of a departure room was a nice touch, especially for those with late flights. We fell in love with the island and the people we encountered during our explorations, and it was difficult to say goodbye when our vacation came to an end. Although it seemed that families were the primary guests at the resort (likely due to the school holidays), this did not hinder us from having an amazing time.

My family and I recently took a vacation to Heritage Awali and had an incredible time. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we didn't want to leave. The staff at the resort were extremely friendly and helpful. They constantly checked in with us to see if we needed anything and provided us with plenty of suggestions for activities outside of the resort. The resort itself is beautiful and welcoming, and everything, including the beaches, is well-maintained. If we did notice anything that needed attention, the staff were more than happy to address it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only reason I didn't give a perfect rating is because we had a minor issue with the bathroom door. However, this was quickly resolved. The only suggestion I have is to include some English family TV channels, but this is a minor suggestion. The Kids club was fantastic and put our minds at ease when leaving our daughter in their care. The facilities were a lot of fun for the kids, and our daughter had a great time. The food was excellent, and the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. The cocktails were expertly made, and the staff were always willing to suggest a refreshing new drink when asked. The included activities were a lot of fun, and I wish I had the opportunity to try more. The Seven Colours Spa was amazing. The included massage was incredibly relaxing, and my partner and I enjoyed it so much that we went back for another one. We were tempted to return for more treatments because we felt incredible afterwards.

The staff at the beach were absolutely fantastic. I want to give a special shout out to Anjenny, Prisca (from the Kids club), and Stephan (from the Savanna) who made our stay fabulous. The C-beach club was definitely our favorite during our stay. The hospitality throughout our stay was warm, and the staff was very well trained to prioritize the customer. The food at the Savanna could be improved to have more of a western taste. This was the first holiday where the baby club worked fantastically, and it was very well run by the team, allowing my husband and me to rest and enjoy some sightseeing. If I'm being honest, the rooms could be a bit more modern, but overall it was an enjoyable experience. Thanks.
