The beach is absolutely stunning with its pristine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. The food offered is of exceptional quality, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, complete with a fantastic walk-in closet and plenty of hangers. The gym and tennis courts are top-notch, and at the beach, they even provide delightful treats like melon and gelato. Whether you prefer to unwind or engage in various water sports, such as Hobie Cat sailing, this beach has it all. Additionally, you have the option to take a leisurely stroll to Grand Baie or the nearby club N Joy, which is perfect for enjoying drinks and dancing.

During our honeymoon in Mauritius, we chose to stay at both the Royal Palm and the One & Only, which are said to be the top two hotels on the island. While the One & Only fully lives up to its reputation, the Royal Palm falls short in many aspects. Although the location is pleasant, the overall experience is quite disappointing, particularly due to the impersonal and rigid service. For instance, we were not even acknowledged for our honeymoon. I am genuinely puzzled by the positive reviews, considering the exorbitant prices charged by the hotel. If you are planning a trip to Mauritius, I highly recommend opting for the One & Only Saint Geran instead.

We are currently staying at the "Royal Palm" and I must say, it has been an incredible experience. The level of customer service here is truly outstanding! Not to mention, the food is absolutely exceptional. This hotel definitely deserves a seven-star rating. Well done! We are already planning to book our stay here again next year.

The moment we entered the Royal Palm, we immediately felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the dedicated and amazing team. The general manager and the front office team greeted us with the utmost warmth and hospitality. The general manager and her assistant are remarkable women who run the resort with elegance, sophistication, and an incredible attention to detail that is evident throughout the entire establishment. Their thoughtful leadership was apparent in every aspect, especially in the small details like the beautiful flower arrangements at the entrance and in our room. The service was prompt, efficient, and had a personal touch that made us feel valued as guests. We were particularly impressed by the surprise celebration and gift pop-up boutique, which showed their attentiveness. A special mention must be given to Jimmy, the F&B Manager, and his exceptional team. They continuously spoiled us and provided personalized service that catered to our every need, surpassing our expectations. Every meal was a culinary delight - the food here is of the highest quality, with amazing flavors and presentation that left us in awe. The resort itself is a hidden gem - it is cozy, not too big, and exudes a sense of tranquility. The friendly and professional team at the boathouse further enhanced this peaceful atmosphere and made our stay even more enjoyable. The lady at the hotel souvenir shop went above and beyond to help us find the perfect souvenirs to remember our wonderful stay. Although this was our first visit to the Royal Palm, after such an incredible experience, it will definitely not be our last. We are excited to create more cherished memories at this outstanding resort.

The service at this beach is absolutely incredible, and the food is simply divine. The wine tasting experience was both enjoyable and featured exquisite champagne and wines. The staff is exceptionally polite and professional. The suites are beautifully furnished with high-quality amenities. And of course, we can't overlook the stunning beach and seafront. This luxurious hotel is truly a dream come true!
