Ravenala Attitude Beach

I visited the beach for a day package, which was enjoyable. However, the cocktails are made with Sunny Juice and the quality varies depending on the bartender. There is no consistency. The hotel itself is stunning and the food quality was good. Unfortunately, there is limited parking on the hotel premises, so we had to park our car outside and walk approximately 5 minutes to reach the hotel. This wasn't a problem for a day package, but it would be inconvenient if we were staying overnight as I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my car outside. Overall, I don't view this hotel as a place where I would want to spend the night. I believe there are better options available.

My partner and I had a perfect getaway at this hotel. It is situated in a fantastic location, with a wonderful beach and pool. The staff were absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly. The service we received was exceptional and the food was absolutely perfect! The highlight of our stay was the management cocktail night, where they provided us with more information about the hotel and their efforts towards sustainability. It made us so happy that we chose this hotel. Our room was a decent size with a lovely balcony, which was ideal for our two-week stay. If you're not a fan of dogs, it's worth noting that there are dogs roaming around, but they really don't cause any trouble at all! As dog lovers, we didn't have any issues with it and it was nice to see that the staff were taking care of them. For those interested in fitness, they have a small yet decent gym and offer plenty of classes for you to participate in. They also provide a variety of other fantastic activities by the pool or on the beach, such as paddleboarding and snorkeling. Even though we had booked an all-inclusive package, we couldn't resist trying out their riviera restaurant, which comes at an additional cost. We loved it so much that we ended up going twice. The service team there were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food was absolutely outstanding. When I initially booked this hotel, I wasn't sure what to expect, but my partner and I loved it so much that if/when we return to Mauritius, we will definitely be staying at this hotel again. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

The staff members were noticeably friendly and accommodating. However, we were quite disappointed with the condition of our room, as it seemed quite old and in need of renovation. Furthermore, we decided to try two of the hotel's restaurants, but unfortunately, our dining experiences were far from satisfactory. Despite all the restaurants being fully booked, the quality of the food left much to be desired. On our first night, we chose the buffet, which had a wide variety of dishes. However, we found that the entire menu was rather bland and lacked flavor. Especially disappointing was our visit to Madam Ming, the Asian cuisine restaurant, where we had chosen to celebrate my birthday. The Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai were both unappetizing and did not resemble authentic Thai cuisine at all. I had been eagerly looking forward to a memorable and enjoyable weekend getaway at Ravenala, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. While the rooms were spacious, they were in desperate need of renovation. Additionally, the hotel's numerous restaurants seemed to be understaffed, resulting in delays in replenishing buffet items and, in some cases, items not being restocked at all.

I attended a workshop at this beach and received a very warm welcome. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist you. They are truly very helpful. The food was really good. They had a wide range of options in the buffet, although I think they could have offered more choices for chicken, lamb, and seafood. Overall, I had a great experience at this beach. The atmosphere is very peaceful and calm. I would like to give a special shout-out to the restaurant staff, who are doing an outstanding job in serving the customers.

The hotel's meticulous attention to detail was flawless. My room provided a haven of comfort and sophistication, adorned with tasteful decorations and extravagant amenities. The bed was unbelievably cozy, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep, and the breathtaking panoramic view from my window was truly awe-inspiring. Nicolas embodies an extraordinary blend of empathy and commitment, tirelessly assisting us in countless ways. The staff also extends a warm welcome.
