Jewel Paradise Cove Beach

I stayed at this beach for a week during the Dark Star Jam in the Sand event. You won't find a better venue with friendlier service and fellow guests. The beach has beautiful pools, a stunning beach, and plenty of activities and food options. Don't pass up the chance to visit.

My husband and I visited in December 2023 Jewel Paradise Cove. It's a charming resort where everything is within walking distance. The vibe is laid back, so if you're looking for a party atmosphere, this might not be the best fit. However, if you want a relaxing resort with occasional party vibes, this could be a good choice. It's popular with couples and older guests, as we noticed mostly older people during our stay. The resort seems to cater to both younger guests who enjoy music and fun, as well as the elderly, although it leans more towards the older crowd. The grill and jerk hut were excellent, but we found the buffet to be limited and ended up eating burgers most of the time. The staff, especially Janice at the swim-up bar, were fantastic. However, we found the constant pressure from spa staff to sign up for treatments annoying. We were approached multiple times a day, which was very off-putting. Additionally, we were disappointed that the resort allows tour companies to offer the luminous lagoon tour, which turned out to be a scam. The lagoon was infested with jellyfish, and I ended up with painful stings on my hand. The resort should reconsider allowing this tour to be offered to guests, as several people were injured. If you're younger, it's important to plan excursions during your stay to avoid getting bored. Overall, Jewel Paradise Cove is a nice, quiet resort with friendly staff.

I originally planned to stay for just one night because I didn't have high expectations, but I ended up extending my stay for another night upon check out. Why? Because my expectations were surpassed. The security at the gate and front desk staff were exceptional from the very beginning. The dining and housekeeping teams were also outstanding. While the food choices were limited, the taste and quality were still good. Will I return? Absolutely, I will be coming back early next year!

The customer service at this beach is top-notch. I appreciate the personal touch they add by placing their hand over their heart when greeting you. The atmosphere at this all-inclusive hotel is relaxed, which is just what I was looking for. The room was decent, but the bathroom was luxurious. The food was okay, but overall the experience was a perfect 5 out of 5.

I had a fantastic time at the resort with my group. The hospitality was excellent overall, with just one minor issue. The food and drinks were good, especially the tofu rundown and barbecue pigtails. The nighttime entertainment was enjoyable, with a variety of music genres and entertaining singers. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. As a repeat guest, they surprised me with a special treat that made my stay even more memorable.
