Bloody Bay Beach

I spent four days at the beach with my family, and it was absolutely delightful. The staff was incredible, and everyone was very engaging. I particularly enjoyed Mr. Ferocious, as he was extremely dedicated to his job of bringing everyone together. The only thing I wished for was an earlier opening time for the bar, but the liquor in the room sufficed. We definitely plan on returning with the family in the near future.

Overall, it was an incredible experience. The location was absolutely stunning and the grounds were incredibly beautiful. The beach itself was perfect. When it came to the food, the buffet was really great. We also tried out two different restaurants and the food was just amazing. The buffet had a wide variety of options every day, including delicious local dishes. The drinks were always flowing, with plenty of excellent alcohol choices. However, what truly made this hotel special was the staff. They were simply the best - friendly, polite, courteous, and warm. The only downside was that the plugs and outlets in our room didn't work, not even the USB ports. It was disappointing that when I provided feedback to the head office, they didn't take responsibility and subtly tried to blame the front desk. Despite this, the hotel as a whole was amazing and I would highly recommend it. I can't wait to go back.

I arrived at the Resort on a Friday and the check-in process was smooth. Despite arriving late, we were pleased to find that the buffet was still open, so we decided to grab some food after a long day. There were plenty of options to choose from, although it would have been helpful if they had better labeling for dishes containing nuts or shellfish. Additionally, there was a white party happening, which had great music and a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely consider staying here again, as my kids had an incredible time and there were always activities for them to enjoy. Our room was clean and we had no issues there. Moreover, we had a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. We had the opportunity to dine at two specialty restaurants and the food was absolutely amazing! In my opinion, this beach is one of the best I have ever been to, and the sunset was truly spectacular. We never had to worry about finding lounge chairs on the beach, and the servers made sure our drinks were always flowing. I highly recommend visiting this beach, as it alone is worth the trip.

The beach has a stunning setting, featuring tranquil waters and a vast expanse of sandy shoreline. It is an ideal spot for both children and adults. However, the hotel could benefit from some renovations as the air conditioning didn't effectively cool down the rooms. On the bright side, the service was generally satisfactory, as most of the staff members were friendly and accommodating. Although, the hostesses in the specialty restaurants could use some improvement in their manners as they come across as somewhat impolite. I had a delightful experience indulging in lobster at the steakhouse, and the buffet also offered a good selection of dishes. All in all, considering the price, it offers good quality.

My family and I traveled to this beach and stayed at a fantastic resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly professional and friendly. Without a doubt, this is the best all-inclusive resort I have ever visited. The beach had plenty of seating options, and there was ample shade provided by the numerous palm trees. The resort was beautifully landscaped and maintained. The staff went above and beyond to assist us when we encountered a minor health issue. I want to express my gratitude to all the employees here for making our trip and my mother's 63rd birthday truly memorable. We will definitely come back in the future.
