Sandals Montego Bay

Just one thing to note, the resort is located right next to the airport. As a result, you can see and hear airplanes taking off. However, the flights cease by 8:30pm, so you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The entire staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Everyone was eager to ensure that you have a great time and that all your needs are met. It's truly everything you could ask for. In fact, we were so impressed that we booked another trip to the same place before we departed.

Excellent spot

This place is fantastic. The service is outstanding, and the resort is kept clean and well-maintained. The majority of the staff is friendly, and the butler service was exceptional. For dinner, Soy is the ultimate choice. Just keep in mind that you'll need cash for tipping. Throughout our 5-day trip, we tipped around $750 to drivers, butlers, porters, and our private dinner waiter. It's worth noting that there are no ATMs at the resort, so make sure to bring cash unless you plan on hiring a taxi.

We booked a butler room for our honeymoon and the room was absolutely breathtaking! However, it's unlikely that we will opt for butler service in the future. It was great that they took care of our excursion bookings and restaurant reservations, although only two restaurants actually required that service. Apart from that, we hardly had any interaction with our butler. For us, the extra cost wasn't really worth it. The staff, the food, and the overall experience were truly outstanding. In fact, we were so impressed that we decided to book our next Sandals vacation right then and there. It's definitely something we plan on doing again. And again.

It was an incredible time at Sandals Mobay. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay, from the outstanding drinks and food to the fantastic atmosphere. The resort's employees were all extremely friendly and full of energy. We particularly loved the vibrant atmosphere of the resort, with daytime games and nightly entertainment. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because we experienced a delay in getting into our room, past the check-in time. Additionally, despite signing up for the honeymoon package, we were disappointed to find that our butler room lacked the promised rose petals and decorations upon our arrival.
