The Lido is a tranquil and serene spot to bask in the sun and unwind for a day at the seaside. However, it is highly recommended to avoid dining at this establishment. Our party of four, including a celiac, ordered a variety of dishes from the menu, such as pasta with sausage and aubergines, fried calamari, and caprese with aubergines, along with a half bottle of rosé wine and a liter of water. Unfortunately, we waited until 3:30 pm for only three of the dishes to arrive, and the caprese with aubergines was missing. After an hour of waiting, we were informed that the aubergines were no longer available, and we were served a simple caprese on a skewer for € 8. One of the caprese dishes was intended for the celiac, but instead, a slice of bread was served on their plate. The only decent dish was my pasta with sausage and aubergines, but it was not very generous and was served slightly cold. We were charged € 63.50 for the dishes and service, with no compensation offered. It is suggested that the menu should specify all the details of each dish, especially for those with intolerances. While this feedback is intended to be constructive, it is not recommended to dine at this establishment.
