Overall, the hotel is pleasant with friendly staff and good food, particularly the lunch. However, the age of the hotel is evident when looking at the rooms. The drinks were disappointing as they tasted strange and diluted, resembling cheap alcohol. It was not possible to enjoy a proper cocktail such as a mojito, aperol spritz, or gin and tonic without paying extra. The complimentary drinks offered were made with peculiar-tasting liquor and soda. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor, which was a major drawback for us. Initially, we didn't have Wi-Fi in our room, and after bringing up the issue, the receptionist assured us that it would be resolved the following day. However, when we inquired about it the next day, a different receptionist claimed that someone had already addressed the issue and that we simply needed to disconnect and reconnect, as if we hadn't already tried that. It didn't work, and the receptionist seemed uninterested, stating that it was a complimentary service and not her responsibility. It was only after we mentioned that her colleague had offered a new room that she reluctantly agreed. The Wi-Fi worked slightly better in the new room, but still not satisfactorily. Surprisingly, the new room was significantly superior in terms of quality, with newer furniture, better air conditioning, and a larger balcony, even though it was priced similarly to the first room. Overall, our stay was alright, but we wouldn't choose to stay there again.

The hotel is fantastic. Although not the largest, it has everything you could possibly need. The all-inclusive buffet is excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. The pool area is amazing and conveniently located near the beach. Additionally, the pool bar offers a wide selection of drinks and snacks.

The hotel rooms were not up to par for a 4-star hotel, but the services were excellent. The food was consistently delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, as it is just a short walk across the road to the beach. However, it is a bit disappointing that the hotel doesn't have its own shoreline when there is ample space available for one. On the bright side, both the hotel and the beach rental service allow you to bring drinks from the hotel. It's worth noting that the hotel does not provide beach towels, even though they have a pool, so you'll need to purchase some if you didn't bring any.

For those seeking a more peaceful atmosphere, the option to sunbathe in the gardens rather than by the pool is available. In conclusion, I would recommend this hotel primarily for couples rather than families. In fact, to further emphasize my satisfaction, I am planning to book another stay for next year.

The hotel staff, especially the bartender, is highly professional and has excellent manners. They always maintain a positive attitude. The rooms are clean, although they have a slightly outdated style. Considering it is a four-star hotel, the rooms should be more modern. The food was satisfactory. Overall, it is a good hotel, thanks to the staff.
