The beach experience was disappointing. There were limited sun beds for everyone and the pool did not have any signs indicating that kids were not allowed. We were unpleasantly asked to leave the pool. Moreover, this hotel falls short of being a 5-star establishment as there were no waiters at the pool. The all inclusive package was also misleading as not everything was included and the quality of what was included was poor. However, it should be noted that the locals were extremely kind and sweet.

The Rhodes Bay Hotel and Spa is a pleasant place to stay. It is exceptionally clean and offers a variety of activities. They provide car rental services on-site and have multiple pools available. The spa is well-equipped and offers a great experience. Although the beach is made of pebbles rather than soft sand, it is private and accessible for guests. The breakfast offers a wide selection of choices, and we opted for the included breakfast as we enjoy exploring other dining options. There are numerous restaurants and wind surfing rental places nearby for those seeking an active experience. Conveniently, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel where you can catch a bus to Rhodes Town for €2.50. Overall, it is a nice four-star hotel. The air conditioning struggled to cope with the heat, so I wouldn't consider it a five-star hotel unless you stay on the Elite side.

The view was lovely and the rooms were really nice. However, the balcony was a bit small. The pools were enjoyable, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing. The only drawback was the limited drink selection, and any soft drink we ordered tended to be flat.

This was our first visit to Greece, so we decided to take a risk and make a reservation at this hotel. However, it exceeded our expectations and turned out to be absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself and its staff are outstanding, always willing to assist in any way possible. The breakfast options were unlike anything I had ever encountered before, and initially, it was quite overwhelming. The hotel boasts a spacious private beach, which can be reached by descending a staircase and walking through an underpass beneath the main road in front of the hotel. I am eagerly looking forward to returning again next year.

We made a reservation here for a week on a half board basis. We enjoy Greek cuisine and exploring different restaurants. However, during check-in, the receptionist seemed a bit hesitant about the half board option. Just because the hotel is a 5-star establishment, it doesn't automatically mean all-inclusive is the only choice. In Greece, it is safe to freely roam around, and who wouldn't want to discover the charming town of Rhodes?! The service at the pool bar was absolutely terrible, completely opposite to the service at the rooftop pool. Upstairs, the staff would walk around and take orders. They even helped with the parasols without being asked. On the other hand, downstairs, it was a completely different story. The guys working there were friendly but extremely laid back. Two families were staying at the hotel with their sons and daughters. The guys were getting drunk from early mornings every day, smoking in the indoor jacuzzi, and even smoking weed by the pool restrooms. I couldn't understand them, but their body language could be quite intimidating at times, to the point where I didn't want to use the facilities where they were. Dealing with them every day was quite unpleasant, but unfortunately, you can't choose your fellow guests! The pool bar staff allowed them to do whatever they pleased. These are the reasons why I gave a 3-star rating for the services. The hotel is in a fantastic location, only a 10-minute walk from town. We really liked the underpass that provided direct access to the beach. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The cleaning staff and restaurant employees were always polite, friendly, and helpful. We each enjoyed a spa treatment package, and it was absolutely amazing. If you arrange your own taxi, it will be around 3-4 Euros cheaper compared to having the hotel call one for you. When they call a taxi, they provide you with a paper containing a reference number, which you need to give to the taxi driver. The pool towels are distributed by the Spa. The entrance to the spa is through a lift located outside, behind the Elite Suite's lobby.
