Palmariva free beach

Regrettably, our experience did not meet our expectations. We had reserved a room with a picturesque mountain view for a single day. However, upon arrival, we were unexpectedly assigned a room designed for individuals with special needs. In addition to the unique amenities provided, we were dismayed to discover a foul odor emanating from the bathroom and the shower drains were visibly clogged, with fecal matter present near the tap. We promptly informed the reception, only to be informed that such an incident had never occurred before and we were the first to bring it to their attention. Considering the hotel's purported '5-star' status, we had anticipated a higher level of professionalism and maintenance.

Upon arriving at Negroponte Resort Eretria, we were greeted by a friendly staff who extended a warm invitation for our family to have a fantastic stay. Our daughter had a blast playing in two outdoor playgrounds and a child-friendly pool with a depth of 50 cm. The hotel is conveniently located right on a pristine and stunning private beach with soft sand. While savoring our freddo Cappuccino, we found it quite challenging to decide between taking a dip in the natural saltwater pool or going snorkeling at the beach. The attentive pool service made this decision even more time-consuming. The rooms were impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, and the beautiful architecture of the building added to its charm. We were fortunate to have a wonderful room with a breathtaking view of the sea. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the kitchen and service staff for providing us with an outstanding culinary experience accompanied by impeccable service.

The water was very good, clean, and safe, but it's important to note that it's not a turquoise blue. That's actually my second reason for not wanting to come back here; I prefer water that is more transparent and blue, allowing me to see beneath the surface.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, situated in a peaceful and lovely area. The saltwater pool is conveniently located near the ocean, the rooms are impeccably taken care of and cozy, and the staff is incredibly accommodating and always willing to assist you in any way they can. I would absolutely select this hotel again for my next vacation! The pictures I took were of the delicious breakfast buffet and the exceptional service at the pool bar. The food is truly outstanding! 👍

The staff at this beach was absolutely incredible! Everything was fantastic, especially the delicious food. It would be even better if they offered a few more vegan options. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, to the point where we were actually sad to leave. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible. A big thank you to Kiriaki, Gregory, the reception ladies, and the super cool bell boy. And let's not forget the room maintenance lady!
