Akti Idras beach

The hotel offers an all-inclusive package that provides excellent value for your money. It's an ideal choice for a convenient and enjoyable escape. The food quality meets the expected standards of an all-inclusive resort. As long as you have a clear understanding of the pricing and location when making your reservation, you can expect a fantastic stay.

All staff deserve five stars!! I want to give a special shoutout to the amazing Ms. Pagona, who warmly welcomes every guest entering the restaurant with a smile! The room is nice and comfortable, with a great view and excellent air conditioning. The location is beautiful, surrounded by magical nature! The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. It would be great if the management could respond to polite comments and requests. For instance, the restaurant is often crowded with over 500 people, and the open entrance doors result in a very high temperature that the air conditioning can't handle. This makes breakfast and especially lunch quite uncomfortable. We have mentioned this issue, but no action has been taken. Additionally, it's not acceptable for clean sheets and towels to be left in half-closed packages outside in the corridor, where ants, bugs, and dust can enter and then be used in the rooms (see photo). Now, for the funny part! Despite scorching temperatures, hot coffee is free at the beach bar, but if you ask for a cold one (freddo), you have to pay for it! I sincerely hope that my evaluation can improve soon.

The hotel was fantastic, featuring a private beach, immaculate rooms, and a welcoming staff! The food was delicious! However, one major drawback was that the more affordable rooms were in need of renovation.

The resort has been closed for a period of time, but it was recently bought. I have high hopes that the new owner will restore it to its former glory as the stunning resort that I've heard so many great things about. During our stay, we opted for one of the AirBNB villas, and it was truly a beautiful and relaxing experience. The beach is conveniently located right next to it, offering both the soothing sea and the incredible canal.

The beach provided an excellent experience, with a very polite staff. The cleaning services even went as far as making the beds and arranging the kids' teddy bears just like in the photo. When the TV suddenly went black, a polite technician promptly replaced it within 10 minutes. Christina at the reception was extremely helpful, and Vasilis became our hero as he took us everywhere we needed to go in the golf car. The animateurs from O-club made our day complete, especially Giannis and Alessandro who played a perfect game of beach volley. We are grateful to Barcelo for providing us with such a beautiful weekend.
