This sandy haven is a sight to behold, boasting crystal-clear waters that will make you want to dive right in. It's the perfect spot to unwind and let your worries drift away. I can't recommend it enough - it's a must-visit for anyone seeking a little slice of paradise.
This beach is fantastic for snorkeling, but the rocks can be quite slippery. Despite being quite crowded, it's still an amazing spot. We were lucky enough to spot some spectacular turtles here, and there's a team of people dedicated to keeping them safe. They've even set up a half circle in the sand and cones to ensure people don't get too close.
We had an amazing week in Kauai and this beach was the perfect spot! It wasn't too busy, the scenery was stunning, and it was ideal for swimming and bodyboarding. On our last day, we even had the pleasure of seeing a sea turtle swimming with us!
The beach is a good spot to catch the sunset or get some sun, but the water can be quite rough. I noticed some people scaling the cliff to jump off, but it seemed risky. It's situated directly behind the Grand Hyatt, so many of their guests were present. During my visit, I was fortunate enough to see a monk seal resting on the beach, which was a pleasant surprise.
There is a large amount of driftwood on the beach, and there is an elderly little person wearing a yellow hat who can entertain you with humorous jokes.
This charming beach is small in size but big on beauty. I had the pleasure of spotting turtles and basking in the warm sun while taking refreshing dips in the water. Finding parking was a breeze, though I did miss having access to showers and bathrooms. The only drawback was the number of rocks in the water that could potentially be stepped on, but it certainly didn't detract from the overall experience!
