The beach is quite basic compared to others I've visited. It's a decent spot to unwind for a few hours, but unfortunately, swimming is not recommended due to pollution. Additionally, the sand has been littered with trash and organic debris lately.
Renamed as βLittle Hawaii,β this beach is an exceptional gem. We arrived in the late afternoon and parked along the BR001, but it is important to be cautious while parking and crossing due to a treacherous curve. As we crossed, a speeding bus made us feel uneasy. The descent to the beach was a delightful and picturesque hike. To reach HavaΓzinho, take the path to the right at the fork. On the beach, there are a few βrestaurantsβ with unstable tables that provide some shade. The service was laid-back, and no one pressured us to patronize their establishment. We enjoyed a scrumptious moqueca dish for seven people, and the price was incredibly affordable by North American standards. The waves crashed heavily in the ocean, but the cove's protection allowed children to wade out quite a distance and still be safe. We plan to return before our trip ends.
If you're looking for a serene getaway surrounded by nature, this beach is the perfect spot for you. I absolutely loved it, especially the golden fine sand.
This beach is incredibly peaceful and you'll come across many secluded spots. Additionally, the sand is a beautiful golden color.
To reach Praia de Palva, also known as Segredo, one must take a trail starting from Jeribucaçu and pass through Praia dos Corais. In Arruda, you can either follow the rocks on the edge or take a right towards the lagoon at the top of the hill. The trail is peaceful and serene. The beach is well-maintained and definitely worth visiting.
