Pelican Beach Grill only (the beach itself is great) - Tried it twice. Same horrible waiter/bartender both times. RUDE, SLOW, INSOLENT, SURLY, DISRESPECTFUL. His name is Anthony. Avoid this crappy place. There’s better places a few steps away. Manager did not care and all but said she didn’t believe me. I would literally go hungry before giving this place my business and ANTHONY should be let go. The customer service attitude however seems to be rotten from the top down. Anthony was forced to sarcastically apologize to me but it was so snarky and insincere that I literally started crying. F this place. To add insult to injury, he charged $20 at happy hour 2-for-1 prices for two frozen drinks that tasted bitter. I should have gotten two drinks for $10 based on the info I tried to get before ordering. He suggested frozen rum punch, I said ok, he made them and then said they don’t qualify for happy hour. I did fight to get $10 back. Despite my horrible experience, no offer was made to make it right and I finally demanded $10 back and they complied. My rating is less than zero stars. Don’t put yourself through it. Folks at the table next to us and across from us were as unhappy as we were. Anthony sucks and management should be fired. THIS PLACE IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH HGV/DIAMOND. They just rent and I’m told there’s a possibility that their lease will NOT be renewed. AVOID IT - spend your money and your tips elsewhere. 😡

This beach is absolutely stunning with plenty of room to spread out. The incline into the water is gentle and the water itself is crystal clear and pristine. Additionally, there is a cozy little bar located right on the beach.

The beach with clear and clean water, along with its golden fine sand. It's a natural wonder that is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying a relaxing day by the shore. You'll be mesmerized by the crystal-clear water that is ideal for snorkeling and exploring the marine life beneath the surface.

My family and I visited this beach during the summer of 2019 and we absolutely adored it. The water was so clear and the sand was stunning. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was no sign of algae in sight. However, we did notice that the sea floor drops off rather quickly, so it may not be the best option for families with young children. That being said, this was hands down the best spot for snorkelling that we have ever been to. In our opinion, it was even better than Hanauma Bay in Oahu.
