The service provided at this beach is highly unsatisfactory despite the exorbitant charges. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, leaving a lot to be desired. It is apparent that the beach management pays taxi drivers to bring tourists to their establishment, even though there are better options nearby that offer similar amenities and even food. To make matters worse, we had a harrowing experience when a broken metal umbrella fell on us thrice, but the staff was unresponsive to our requests for assistance. In my opinion, this is the worst beach I have ever been to and I strongly advise visiting Paradise beach instead, which is not only beautiful but also worth the money spent.

I would advise against visiting this beach and suggest exploring other options. Despite being informed that the beach was free by the car rental company, we discovered that it was necessary to spend at least 200 pesos on subpar food. The prices here are incredibly inflated and not worth the cost. Additionally, a man came to check on our car rental multiple times, which made us feel uncomfortable and suspicious of his motives. The vendors on the beach were also persistent in trying to extract money from us. I recommend reading the negative reviews as they accurately reflect our experience. We will be choosing a different beach for our next outing, as the water here was not particularly impressive.

The Cozumel beach is a sight to behold, with its stunning powdery white sand and abundance of amenities such as comfortable tables, chairs, and umbrellas. It offers an array of water sports services ranging from jet skis, kayaks, parasailing, to the simple pleasure of swimming and snorkeling. Although there is no real coral to be found, the beach still offers plenty of opportunities for snorkeling enthusiasts. The beach is home to a fantastic restaurant and bar, where the wait staff is known for their exceptional friendliness.

This beach is an absolute blast with an abundance of entertainment options available. The service is top-notch, with staff coming directly to your spot on the beach to take your food and drink orders. The water games, equipment, and kayaks provided are a major highlight and added so much fun to our day. I regret not discovering this beach earlier, as I would have loved to visit every day. I strongly suggest trying their delicious coco loco drinks.
