During our stay in Great Exuma, as food enthusiasts, we heard about this breakfast spot and were not disappointed.
Shantell welcomed us with a smile, and we decided to try the Bahamian cuisine. I enjoyed stewed grouper and grits, while Sergio, after sharing with Shantell how his grandmother used to make corned beef hash and rice, was delighted when she recreated the exact recipe!
We also took the opportunity to check out the rooms and the surroundings, as we were considering recommending this hotel to our family. We found it to be a great value for the price.
This resort definitely deserves a five-star rating for its location. The beach is stunning!
