Prepare yourself for a trek, my dear beachgoers! The journey to this oasis is a 3.6km hike with a vertical climb of approximately 500m. Don't let the easy-to-follow trail fool you, the terrain is a bit of a beast. On the bright side, it only costs €6 to access and parking is free. But, be sure to wear sturdy shoes and pack plenty of water for your stay. Once you're on the beach, there's no place to buy anything.
Now, let's talk about the beach itself. It's a popular spot, so don't be surprised if you're rubbing elbows with fellow sun-seekers. I arrived around 3pm and the beach was already jam-packed. And, let me tell you, the photos don't always show the true nature of the sea. When the wind picks up, the waves can be quite rough. So, if you're not a confident swimmer, beware.
All in all, I highly recommend this hidden gem of Sardinia. It's a beach that not many can say they've been to, and the journey there is an adventure in itself.
