The beach is amazing and the host is really great. I would recommend having your own transportation though, as it's quite a walk to the nearest bus stop. Additionally, there are some excellent restaurants nearby.

You shouldn't miss out on this place if you're looking for a secluded, sandy beach where you can enjoy swimming without any crowds. It's our second visit here. The seven apartments are impeccably clean and come with a full kitchenette, including a fridge and hot plates. The owner, Paris, takes great pride in providing excellent amenities such as free Wi-Fi and individual air conditioning in each apartment. He is extremely attentive and goes above and beyond to assist his guests. He even offers to do your shopping, including visiting the fish market and preparing a barbeque for you in the evening. It's only a 20-minute walk downhill to reach bus stop 12, which takes you to Skiathos town in just 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the water taxi. Paris can also arrange car rentals, taxis, and airport transfers for you. You can expect regular changes of bed-linen and towels, as well as daily cleaning to keep everything spotless. Additionally, Paris is happy to take care of your laundry, although he doesn't provide ironing services. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing location that still offers easy access to the rest of the island, then this is the perfect place for you.

Wow, what a discovery! The location, beach, and host are absolutely incredible. Our accommodation is impeccably clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need - a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a balcony with a view that is even more breathtaking than a postcard. Our host, Paris, is simply amazing. He always goes above and beyond, and his knowledge about the island surpasses even Google's, all while maintaining a wonderful sense of humor. The short walk through the olive groves to the beautiful, mostly deserted beach is definitely worth it. I was seriously tempted to not leave a review at all, just so I could keep this place a secret... so please, pretend you haven't seen this.

This is our third year visiting this place and we definitely plan on coming back again. Paris, our host, is exceptional. The rooms are cozy and have all the essentials - a comfortable bed, a small kitchenette, and a shower room (the showers actually work really well, with plenty of water unlike any Greek shower I've experienced before). Paris takes care of cleaning on a daily basis and changes the sheets and towels every couple of days, providing fresh, white linens that have been dried in the sun. He goes above and beyond to help us out, whether it's getting supplies from the supermarket or even cooking for us. His meals around the courtyard table are renowned! The location is absolutely stunning, with the apartments offering a breathtaking view of Skopelos and the beach below, nestled in an olive grove, feels like a little paradise bay. It's a breeze to walk to the nearby bay where you'll find the Kanapitsa Beach Bar, or you can take a short water taxi ride across the sea to Skiathos Town. If you continue walking a bit further, you'll reach the supermarket and Johnny's restaurant. There are other restaurants a bit farther away, but we've never managed to make it that far. Every year, we have grand plans to do more, but we always end up simply lounging in the sun, swimming, and indulging in delicious food! It's incredibly relaxing, and everything you need is easily accessible. 💕

This beach is an amazing place to stay on the island of Skiathos, even if you're on a budget. The accommodation and the host Paris were faultless. The quick trip to the private beach was definitely worth it every day. We practically had the beach all to ourselves each day, and after visiting most of the beaches on the island during our stay, we can confidently say that this was the absolute best beach on the island!
