Paradise beach

The beach offers a stunning view and is situated right by the sea. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The spa is a relaxing haven with reasonable prices. I was particularly impressed by the illuminated passages from the hotel to the elevator, leading directly to the beach. The glamorous bar serves delicious drinks. We stayed for a few days and absolutely fell in love with the place. It deserves a five-star rating. If they could improve the menu by offering more diverse options and higher quality food, including various types of salads and desserts without artificial flavors and excessive sugar, I would give it four stars. Personally, I felt the lack of fish options as they only had mackerel, clams, and mussels on a few occasions. However, the breathtaking view and the cleanliness of the place make up for this.

We really enjoyed the beach's location, and the food was quite good. The rooms were also very nice. We came here with four young people, aged 12, 13, 15, and 17. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor, but it didn't completely ruin our trip. We were supposed to arrive at the Rainbow Hotel at 8:45 in the morning, but there were no taxis available that early. There were also no buses. We were unaware of this, and when we asked the reception the night before, they didn't inform us either. They didn't make any effort to assist us, which is why the service receives a two-star rating. Additionally, the evening shows were not up to the standards of other places we have been to, such as Mallorca, the Canary Islands, Rhodes, and Crete. So don't expect much here ;) and the show should not be considered child-friendly. As long as you don't need any help, the hotel is nice! We have never encountered more unfriendly staff and management. Our flight was at 8:30 in the evening, and we had to check out and were asked to leave the hotel at 11. Where were we supposed to go? I have never experienced something like this when waiting for transportation. After a lengthy argument with three staff members and the manager, we were allowed to stay in the reception area. We asked if we could wait by the pool, but that was completely out of the question. The management was very arrogant. So, stay here for the beautiful view and the lovely beach! Just hope that you don't require any assistance with anything!

I absolutely love this beach hotel during the summer. The sea is so calm, the rooms are spotless, and the view is breathtaking. The food is delicious, and they offer top-notch quality drinks with their all-inclusive package. They even have free parking, which is a nice bonus. The price is reasonable, especially considering it's a 5-star all-inclusive hotel. My family and I come back every summer for our vacation, and each year the quality keeps getting better. Just remember, it's not a boutique hotel, but a luxurious all-inclusive one.

In my opinion, this hotel falls short of a 5-star rating. Perhaps it deserves a 3-star rating. While the view is breathtaking and the rooms are comfortable and pleasant, there are several drawbacks. It is disappointing that the Ultra All Inclusive concept does not include free sunbeds on the beach, and the minibar only offers water with no international bottled drinks. Additionally, there are no shows provided. The elevators are poorly designed, especially considering that they are necessary to access the beach. Alternatively, guests have the option to climb nine flights of stairs. The food is monotonous, with almost the same options available every day. Sometimes, the wait time to get food is excessive, and there is an overabundance of pork dishes. Overall, this hotel is not a good choice for an all-inclusive experience. We decided not to try the snack bar after noticing perspiration on the food and the staff not using gloves when preparing the burgers.

This hotel is not deserving of a 5-star rating. The amenities provided are more on par with a 3-star establishment. However, the location of the hotel is excellent. It is advertised as an Ultra all-inclusive hotel, but there are several things that are not included in the package. Additionally, the food offered at the hotel was of subpar quality and lacked diversity.
