The Surf City Ocean Pier offers a stunning lookout that I highly recommend checking out if you're visiting Surf City. The spectator fee is only $1, and you'll be able to witness skilled fishermen and women casting out. You can even join in on the fun and fish from the pier with their available supplies. This beach offers approximately six parking spaces conveniently located right by the walkway, as well as around ten spaces across the street near the water tower. Additionally, there is a rinse off shower available. It takes approximately five minutes to walk to the nearest access point that provides restroom facilities. During our visit in July and August, the beach was moderately populated, with a limited number of people. We never had anyone set up their belongings closer than 20 feet away from us. Moreover, every day we were there, it was possible to comfortably stand in shallow water about 20 feet offshore during low tide.

This is my first time visiting this beach, and I've had the pleasure of encountering some truly pleasant individuals, both human and canine! I am definitely eager to return to this place as soon as possible without any hesitation.
