It's a charming spot for a day excursion, and if you decide to stay in the village, it serves as a perfect starting point for exploring other nearby coastal destinations like Seaton, Sidmouth, Lyme Regis, and more. For those who enjoy being active, I highly recommend trying one of the scenic walks along the Coastal Path.

We spent a tranquil and rejuvenating long weekend at an exquisite B&B that boasted a beach hut! The beach offered picturesque strolls and an array of charming cafes serving delectable crab sandwiches made from locally caught crabs. The pebble beach was ideal for swimming, with a spacious and stunning shoreline of beautifully sized stones that were easier to walk on than the typical pebble beach. Moreover, the seafront provided convenient facilities such as restrooms equipped with soap, water, and toilet paper, as well as a refreshing shower. Overall, we highly recommend this beach for a memorable and delightful experience.
