Parking is available nearby, but you can also park in the village and enjoy a 10-minute stroll or walk from your B&B. It's important to note that this beach can get very crowded on weekends and during the height of summer, so it's best to avoid those times if possible. April and September are the best times to visit.

Another option is to take the South West Coast Path from Croyde to enjoy the flora and fauna and panoramic views on the approach to Staunton Sands, then take the open-top bus back to Croyde. During high season, it's best to avoid the north end of the beach since the car park can get busy. Even out of season, it's a good idea to bring refreshments if you plan to go to Crow Point and walk north from there, as there are no facilities at that end of the beach.
