However, the sea water is brown, the beach is mostly pebbles, and the parking is fairly pricey. It's not crowded, but it's not exactly quiet either. It's a nice spot if you enjoy bird watching or flying a kite, especially on bank holidays when there are lots of people out. The reserve at the back is much nicer.
