We stayed at your hotel at the beginning of June and were blown away by the animation team. They were the most passionate and engaging group we've ever encountered at any 4 or 5-star hotel. We are truly impressed. A real gem!

Without a doubt, it was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had while staying at a hotel. The behavior of the staff is incredibly impolite. It is astonishing that the rooms lack electrical outlets, of all things! The quality of the food here is abysmal, and the pool is unquestionably the most unsanitary I have ever encountered.
