I don't think December is the ideal time to visit the beach with family, but since I was travelling alone, it was great to explore the rest of the island.
The rock formations are fascinating, but be prepared to tackle quite a number of steps to reach them, which might not suit everyone. If you're planning to swim, ensure the tide is high enough, as it also enhances the scenery. During low tide, there are no pools, but you can still explore the area on foot.
This location is a paradise! The views are stunning, the swimming pools are delightful and the facilities like toilets and showers are great. There's even free water to refill vans. Plus, the wind is always kept at bay, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.
This place is the perfect spot to unwind and make the most of the summer. The two big pools are ideal for adults, reaching a depth of 1.60 meters, while the child-friendly pool is just 40 centimeters deep. Easily accessible via steps or stairs, the pools are accompanied by docks, bridges and stairs, offering a great view of the ocean's wildlife and vegetation. With a lifeguard on duty during the summer months, it's the ideal place to spend the day.
