Stone beach on the break line is easily accessible and provides a shallow slope in the water, making it knee-deep with a pleasant temperature and transparency that allows for occasional sightings of fish. The sand quality is poor, however, the beach has excellent showers, surveillance and services, and is relatively clean.
This place located in a small town of AlmerΓa is anything but peaceful. The promenade with its old tower, formerly a civil guard barracks, is a jarring blend of restaurants and terraces with views of the sea; an unpleasant sight.
That place is a great spot for those looking for a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Whether you want to take a leisurely stroll or partake in some physical activity, this beach is perfect. You can also take a dip in the water if you don't mind a bit of tranquility, but if you're looking for something a bit more lively, there are other beaches in the area that may be more suitable. There are also plenty of amenities such as toilets, lifeguards, showers and free parking.
We were pleasantly surprised! The beach had calm, clean water, with a part of gray sand and pebbles on the shore for the kids to play. It was also great to see that the beach was adapted for people with reduced mobility. We'll definitely be back! Plus, we got to take home a small jar filled with shells from the beach as a souvenir - how cool is that?
