This beach is a hidden gem that requires some effort to reach, with limited parking available. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, and the GR 34 trail runs alongside it. Additionally, it's fascinating from a geological standpoint. It's definitely worth exploring and protecting.
This beach is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance of Huttopia Douarnenez, the campsite we stayed at. It's about a 10-minute walk down either the steep, winding roads or the 54 stairs, though it's definitely easier to get there by foot than it is to make your way back up. While there are a few local bars (tabac), there aren't any shops nearby, so make sure you're prepared if you plan on spending the day there. The sand is cleaned on a regular basis and the water is crystal clear. We visited during the off-season when schools were back in session, so it was fairly quiet. However, I could see it getting quite crowded during the holidays.
Wow, this beach is incredibly peaceful. It's a hidden gem in Bretagne that hasn't yet gained too much popularity.
