We really enjoy the beach, the staff, and the hotel (as long as you stay in a renovated room). The main reason we keep coming back is because of the stunning beach. This was our third visit and luckily we had hot water this time. If you decide to go, it's best to have low expectations so you won't be let down. We plan on returning, but only if we can find a week for under $900.

You won't find a better meal in Cuba than this. They serve fresh seafood cooked over a wood fire at a very reasonable price. The view is absolutely stunning and adds a whole new dimension to the experience. When my family and I visited, we were the only ones there, which seems to be quite common. The service is excellent and if I ever get the opportunity to go back, I would do it without hesitation.

The beach was absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, everything else fell short. The buffet was extremely disappointing, even by Cuban standards - the smell in the buffet room was unbearable and everything felt sticky. There was no variety in the food from day to day. Although the hotel rooms were spacious, they were in desperate need of refurbishment and a thorough cleaning. The pool bar was rarely staffed, and only if they happened to notice you waiting would someone come to take your order. Maybe it's just me getting older, but the loud 90s dance music at the pool didn't enhance my enjoyment at all. In fact, I noticed other guests audibly sighing when it started playing in the afternoon. Overall, I would consider returning to the area because of the beautiful beach, but I definitely won't be coming back to this resort.

Мы прекрасно провели время на этом пляже в районе Ниагарского водопада. Пляж красивый, с множеством затененных кабинок для переодевания, где можно расслабиться. Персонал был дружелюбным, и мы не чувствовали необходимости давать чаевые. Мы были приятно удивлены едой, хотя через несколько дней она стала немного однообразной. На всякий случай мы взяли с собой перекус. В нашем здании не было горячей воды в течение двух дней, но прохладное полоскание после дня, проведенного на пляже, освежало. Несмотря на то, что в прошлом курорт пострадал от урагана, он поддерживается в хорошем состоянии благодаря упорному труду работников и садовников. Несмотря на то, что мы заранее прочитали негативные отзывы, мы не обнаружили проблем с полотенцами, водой, едой или напитками. В целом, это был отличный отпуск, и мы обязательно вернемся.

Seven measly days in this so-called "beautiful" country are never enough. You waste a couple of days just getting there, and before you know it, the other five days are gone in a blink of an eye. Sure, the entertainment is decent, but it's nothing to write home about. They try to make it interactive, but it's just a desperate attempt to keep you from being bored out of your mind. There's something for everyone, but let's be real, it's all just a cheap attempt to make a quick buck off of tourists. The staff is friendly enough, but that's just part of their job description. Don't be fooled by their fake smiles and over-the-top service, they're just trying to get a good tip out of you. As for me, I won't be wasting my time planning another visit.

The beach is optimal.
