During our visit to Olympic National Park, we went on a hike to Third Beach which turned out to be my favorite hike in the park. The hike is a little over a mile long and takes you through a lush rainforest before you reach the stunning beach that offers breathtaking views of the sea stacks. Third Beach Falls, also known as Strawberry Bay Falls, is located at the far end of the beach and is a 100-foot waterfall that drops directly into the ocean. After exploring the beach, we decided to climb up Taylor Point Trail which required us to use fixed ropes. The trail led us around the point and down to another unnamed beach that was even more beautiful than Third Beach. However, keep in mind that the tides can make some spots difficult, especially during high tide. Despite that, it was an amazing hike and an experience I'll never forget.
