Myrtle beach Pier

I was hoping for more from this hotel, but it was just average. I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. On the last day of my four-day stay, room service woke me up just to deliver towels. The only positive aspect of this place is its close proximity to the beach. Overall, it was quite underwhelming and I don't think I'll be returning. I have found better places with microwaves and cleaner, more modern rooms for a lower price. No need to reply, Hilton. Have a great day.

Upon my arrival at the beach, I discovered that the hotel was fully booked. Although the room I stayed in was impeccably clean, it emitted a slightly unpleasant odor. However, when I approached the front desk the following day, the staff promptly apologized and relocated us to a different room. I must say, the staff members at the bars, restaurants, housekeeping, and front desk were absolutely amazing! I commend them for transforming what initially seemed like a negative situation into a truly exceptional customer service experience. I am definitely planning to return soon!

Our stay at the Hilton Myrtle Beach resort was absolutely fantastic. It was our first trip away from home in a year, and my husband, who suffers from ALS, couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Hilton staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was truly wonderful. Everyone we encountered was absolutely incredible. I want to give a special shout out to Artur, who immediately fetched a wheelchair for my husband upon our arrival. He took care of all of our luggage and insisted on assisting us with everything we needed. Not only did he help us settle into our room, but he also went the extra mile by getting us ice and providing any necessary assistance. Artur is truly an exceptional member of the Hilton team. He mentioned that he has been with the company for 14 years, and I can confidently say that he is absolutely amazing. I hope that others have the opportunity to experience his kindness, generosity, and wonderful demeanor. We will definitely be returning to this resort in the future. Thank you, Hilton, for creating such an incredible experience for us and bringing a smile to my husband's face.

The room we were given was really old-fashioned and the carpet was filthy. It was surprising for us to see a hotel room in such a state. We approached the front desk to request a different room, and that's where we encountered Nickel. He was incredibly polite, friendly, nonjudgmental, and apologetic. He promptly arranged for us to switch to a far more comfortable room, which brought us immense joy, especially considering we hadn't been able to take a vacation in four years due to the pandemic. Nickel truly understands the importance of providing exceptional service and is an outstanding employee who greatly benefits your company. I must also mention that Jimmy the bellman was absolutely fantastic!

The beach has a great location and offers beautiful ocean views. As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel is older and could benefit from some renovations, but this is not a major issue. The most important aspect is that the rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds and pillows. However, the refrigerator was extremely small and didn't function properly, causing water to drip on the floor and leading to cabinet damage. We attempted to request room service, but unfortunately, there was no response. Additionally, there were only 4 tissues in the box, and despite calling for more, we did not receive any. There are three pools available, which are nice, but they are shared with the neighboring hotel. The bar is pleasant and serves delicious nachos and food. The beach itself is fantastic, with soft sand. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. The only disappointing aspect of our hotel stay, which is beyond the hotel's control, was that the guests in the room above us constantly smoked weed and would enter our room if our door was open or even push us off the balcony if we were on it. These individuals were completely disrespectful, and I do not want my children exposed to such behavior. Despite this issue, I still plan to return to the hotel in the future.
