The beach is incredibly stunning. Unlike the unpleasant Yarmouth or Hemsby, it lacks any tackiness. The sand is a gorgeous golden color, and there is plenty of space to walk for miles into the ocean. It is also dog-friendly, and while we were swimming, a seal unexpectedly appeared about 30 yards away from us.
However, I came across some reviews claiming that the beach is wheelchair accessible, but that is definitely not the case. The only way to reach the beach is through a narrow and steep path that goes through the dunes. Fortunately, we were able to carry my son, and once we were on the beach, it was possible to navigate with an all-terrain wheelchair, although it was still quite challenging.
