Poppit Sands beach

On Sundays, the beach is bustling with activity, making it quite a challenge to find a parking spot. Unfortunately, the overflow parking area was closed, which only added to the difficulty. Despite this, the beach itself is quite expansive and it's enjoyable to see groups of people engaged in various forms of training. The wait for the cafe can be lengthy, as it's a popular spot, but the staff are friendly and the hot drinks are a welcome treat on a chilly day. The beach is also a great place to socialize and meet new people, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. For dog lovers, it's a paradise, with plenty of space for our furry friends to run and play.

The beach offers an endless expanse of stunning sand that stretches out as far as the eye can see. A delightful visitor shop offers a wide selection of delectable ice creams, while the RNLI center provides an added layer of safety and security. During peak seasons, the car park can get a little crowded, but this is a minor inconvenience. It's worth noting that phone coverage can be spotty for O2 users, so be sure to bring some change for the parking meters. Overall, my family of five had a wonderful time here and left feeling very content.
