Kayalar beach

Our holiday was incredibly quiet and peaceful. One of the best features is having a private beach, so there's no need to access it from outside. The food, especially the appetizers, is excellent. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. Whenever there were minor issues or room-related problems, the staff promptly addressed them. I hope they continue to uphold this positive attitude.

The hotel offered excellent pool amenities and delicious food. The staff were both competent and friendly. The property boasted a stunning view and a pleasant pool area. However, there was no information provided about the journey to the hotel. The roads leading there are poorly maintained and outdated, and parking is very limited. The market and gift shop were closed, as were all other amenities including the indoor pool, spa, hamam, gym, and additional restaurants. There was no elevator available. The room doors did not lock securely; on three out of the five days we stayed, we returned to find our door had been pushed open. Room service was not available. It's advisable to bring your own shampoo and body soap, as the provided options are of very low quality. I did not see a nurse or emergency station, and when I requested an ice pack, I was given a hard plastic brick from a freezer. I would love to return when all amenities are open and stay in a ground-floor villa to avoid the constant need to navigate stairs.

Price/Performance is 4 out of 5. Everything is good except for the food quality, which could be improved. The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive to client care and satisfaction. The sea is a perfect example of Assos. The facilities are quite adequate as well. If you don't spend much time in your room, there's nothing more to add.

Let me share a very unfortunate incident we experienced: our little baby girl fell off the stairs while we were trying to take her upstairs to the food court, and she banged her head on the concrete floor. The hotel staff did absolutely nothing. Instead of helping, they even charged us for the day we didn't stay. Plus, the food is terrible. The free snacks area is of poor quality too. All they offer are sausages and burned fries. The parking area is extremely narrow and tight. The rooms are cramped and smell like a dirty closet full of clothes. I do not recommend this place at all. Find somewhere else and don't waste your money here. Believe me, it is not worth it. Thanks. 5 aylık bebeğimiz başını mermer merdivene düşüp çarptı. Müşterinizi memnun etmek için elinizden geleni yapmanız gerekiyor. Gidip böyle kötü bir durumdan faydalanmak da ne. Vallahi hakkımızı helal etmiyoruz. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. I absolutely loved the indoor heated pool and the outdoor natural hot spring pool. The dinner buffet was outstanding with so many selections to choose from. The baklava was some of the best I've ever had!
