Andaman White Beach

If you're seeking tranquility on one of Phuket's most stunning sandy beaches, then this is the ideal destination. The property is encompassed by a private beach, mountains, and jungle, offering a breathtaking natural setting. Additionally, you have the privilege of witnessing the sunset here every day. Nevertheless, the service provided at this establishment falls short of the standards expected considering its remarkable natural surroundings, price, and star rating. The restaurant's cuisine is rather average and lacks excitement. Moreover, the breakfast buffet offers limited options. The rooms have a slightly outdated appearance and require better maintenance and cleanliness. Guests staying in beachfront villas should also be aware of the humidity caused by the ocean air, which can be somewhat bothersome. The staff members are friendly, but I'm not entirely convinced that they will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction during your stay.

The beach offers an incredible view! The pool and private beach are definitely worth it. It's conveniently located near the airport, which is a plus. However, it's quite far from the city, so getting anywhere requires a drive of over an hour, which can be both time-consuming and expensive. The rooms may be a bit outdated, with a door that tends to get stuck, but they are well-maintained and kept clean. On the other hand, the service provided is absolutely outstanding!

I booked a seaview deluxe suite, but to be completely honest, I couldn't see the ocean at all. My room was located next to the lobby, surrounded by trees - just trees, lots of bushes and tropical trees. When I requested a room change, I was informed that I would have to wait until the next day for a manager. Meanwhile, I observed about seven groups checking in that evening. The hotel could have easily resolved this issue, but they chose not to. Since I was only staying for three nights, I decided to leave the very next morning. I was extremely disappointed because I couldn't see the ocean at all. It was there, but hidden behind the trees. I can't emphasize enough how honest I am being about this. The food, in comparison to other places nearby, was nothing special. I'm upset because I didn't get the ocean view I paid for, which meant I couldn't enjoy any sunsets or sunrises as I had hoped. This situation was completely unfair and it ruined my last three nights in Thailand. I had to check out and book an Airbnb because I couldn't bear watching more people check in after being told just hours before that there were no more available rooms and I had to wait.

I only stayed there for one night because I wanted to be close to the airport, so I will base my experience on that. They had a private beach which was clean and beautiful, and the staff at the reception, who were wearing beige, were very kind to me. The security made me feel safe by checking the taxi before I got in. They offered halal food options and the breakfast was good. However, the water in the shower was not suitable for my hair as it made it dry. You also need to bring a small adapter with you to the hotel. There was a girl wearing orange who was rude to me when I talked to her about my needs. I explained that I only needed water and didn't use electricity because I didn't have a small adapter. I had informed them about this before going to sleep, but no one helped me. She told me that all the adapters were taken and they didn't have any extras. She said she would not argue and would contact maintenance. I took this vacation to relax, not to argue with anyone, and it is my right to use all the facilities in my room, not just water without electricity. Eventually, she helped me with this issue, but it was only two hours before my check-out time.

This beach is an absolutely incredible spot to unwind and destress! The location is absolutely breathtaking, and the rooms are kept in great condition. The only downside is that there aren't many choices for vegetarians in their buffet. However, it's not a major issue. I would give it a perfect score of 10 out of 10 for the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views. Plus, it's conveniently located near the airport.
