Vinpearl Nam Hoi An went above and beyond our expectations! The service was exceptional, and the rooms provided lovely views. We absolutely loved the mouthwatering food choices, and the wide range of activities kept the children entertained the entire time. It was an ideal family escape, and we are eagerly anticipating our next visit to this incredible resort! We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

During our honeymoon, my fiance and I had a delightful time staying here. The food at this place is incredibly delicious and perfectly suited to our taste. It brings back fond memories of our childhood in Vietnam. The receptionist is extremely friendly and always takes great care of us. The room is consistently cleaned every time we step out. The minibar offers a wide variety of food and drinks, serving as a savior for our late-night cravings whenever we go out. As we currently reside in a location without access to the sea, we are thrilled to be staying at a coastal hotel like Vinpearl. The beach here boasts pristine white sand and remains impeccably clean. The turquoise and crystal-clear sea water makes me feel like I am reliving my childhood experiences of playing in the sea with my wife. Choosing Vinpearl Resort & Golf Hoi An as our honeymoon residence was undoubtedly the best decision we made. We were genuinely happy throughout our stay here and would like to express our gratitude to the entire staff for making our experience so enjoyable.

The beach is not situated very near the airport, but they provide a free shuttle bus service. The staff members were incredibly pleasant and amicable. They took care of our luggage without us having to ask and always greeted guests with a smile. Riding a buggy was a breeze, quick, and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and the room was large and tidy. We will definitely return to this place. The only drawback was the kids club, which seemed more suitable for toddlers.

The breakfast buffet has been the best one I've had. The dinner at the Korean restaurant was just average. However, it took an incredibly long time for the chicken to be served...maybe they prioritized Korean customers over Vietnamese ones? Our rooms offer a pleasant view of the ocean and pool, but unfortunately, they also overlook the rooms in the opposite building. We experienced some issues with room maintenance, such as a fridge that wasn't cooling properly and a dirty bathroom. On a positive note, the outdoor pool is fantastic and suitable for the whole family.

In general, it was a pleasant experience at the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which was especially appreciated given the hot weather that was a bit too much for my 9-month-old baby. The room was clean, although the setup seemed a bit basic for a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the mattress and blanket were not completely dry, and the fridge was not working. The food was a delightful surprise, particularly the An restaurants that mainly served Korean cuisine. The staff there were kind and enthusiastic, and they even took notice of and assisted with my baby's meal. The portions were generous, and considering the price, the taste was very good compared to Korean restaurants in Hanoi.
