Ninh Hoa Beach

The pool is extremely dirty and lacks proper maintenance. The deck chairs are old and worn out, with no cushions for comfort. The rooms are neglected and in a dirty state. We were charged double the price for a hot and dirty room just to have access to the beach, while others were enjoying their stay on a cliff. The restaurant is terrible and the prices are too high. Additionally, we were overcharged for a taxi service that is not licensed.

The beach is lovely and offers stunning ocean views. However, the dining options are limited to the resort itself. We ventured out up to 15km but couldn't find any restaurants. It truly feels like an untouched, natural beach. There are a few large restaurants nearby, owned by Chinese individuals, but they primarily cater to the influx of Chinese tourists (with at least 20 buses arriving daily).

This place has been deteriorating. The pool was extremely dirty and despite my numerous complaints, nothing was done about it. Previously, they used to allocate the left section of the beach exclusively for Chinese day trippers. However, now they have opened up the entire beach to everyone. What's even worse is that they allow anyone to use the pool, which means it is no longer exclusive to the guests. The staff doesn't even make an effort to arrange the mats on the lounge chairs or open the umbrellas. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

We were assigned room 505, and unfortunately, there were rats in the ceiling. Throughout the night, they were making loud noises and screaming, making it impossible for us to get any sleep. The next day, when we informed the reception about the rat issue before settling the bill, they seemed slightly surprised but did not offer any discount. It was quite disappointing to pay 2,500,000.00 VND for a room meant for four people where sleep was impossible due to rats. We found it unbelievable. After persistently requesting, they only agreed to reduce the price to 2,400,000.00 VND. Therefore, we kindly request that you address the rat problem to avoid inconvenience for future guests. Personally, Jungle Beach is incredibly beautiful, but we have decided not to return to this place.

The beach here is absolutely stunning. During our vacation, my family had the pleasure of staying in an Ocean-view room. We've stayed in numerous resorts and hotels before, but this particular one is rather difficult to rate objectively. The atmosphere was lovely, thanks to the surrounding nature. I was actually born in Nha Trang city, and I have to say that the beach here is even more beautiful than the one in my hometown. The sand is fine and the ocean is crystal clear. What's even better is that our room led directly to the beach. However, the design of the hotel was a bit peculiar. While the overall construction seemed fine, the rooms lacked attention to detail. The doors between rooms were odd, as they could only be fully closed from one side. Additionally, the room wasn't thoroughly clean, especially in the shower corner (apologies, as I'm someone who pays attention to small details). The Ocean-view room was meant for three people with two bedrooms, but only one of them had an air conditioner. Since the room faced East, it could get quite hot in the morning. The building materials seemed to retain heat for an extended period. The furnishings, in my opinion, didn't quite meet the standard they claimed to have. If they were to invest a bit more in the design, this place could be truly exceptional.
