Greetings! We have been frequenting this beach for five years now, and on August 17th of this year, we noticed some changes. Firstly, there were no playgrounds available, and the quality of the animators has deteriorated over the past three years. Additionally, Beach 2 was unclean, and only one entrance to the beach was open, with the other being closed off. This made it quite inconvenient for us to travel to the city for a walk, as there was only one entrance to the boarding house as well. The food was satisfactory, but the variety was limited, and we wished there were a few more TVs around. The dishes were tasty, but it may depend on the day and the menu. Unfortunately, the televisions in the house were not stable, and the internet connection was poor.
The pool was also unclean, and the jacuzzi was not functioning. The children's slides were also removed, which was a disappointment. However, the rooms were always clean, and the staff was friendly, which was a plus. We noticed that the owners seemed to have forgotten about the quality of the facilities and the importance of guests' comfort. It felt like they were more focused on personal enrichment rather than providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for their guests.
Despite the shortcomings, there were some positives. The boarding house was secure, and we felt safe letting our child go for a walk without any worries. The security on the beach was also reassuring. We hope that the owners will invest in more entertainment for both children and adults in the future. The potential is there, but it seems like nothing is being done to improve the situation.
Since our last visit, we noticed some changes for the better. There were animators for children, and the food had improved in quality and variety. The pool, however, remained uncleaned. We would like to commend the lifeguards for keeping order in the pool and teaching our child how to swim. The television channels were limited, but we hope that this issue will be resolved soon. The internet connection was also weak, which was a drawback for those who needed to work remotely.
Overall, we hope to see more improvements in the future, and we may consider other boarding houses as alternatives. We appreciate the efforts of the staff, including the administrators, maids, security, and cooks. Lastly, we enjoyed relaxing under the trees on the lawn in the boarding house. Best of luck to everyone!
