Cambridge Beach

The beach was stunning, but unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. The shrimp grain bowl I ordered consisted mainly of lettuce, with only three shrimp and a tiny amount of rice, all for $23. It was quite misleading. My boyfriend's jerk chicken thigh sandwich was actually unseasoned chicken breast, and he had to rely on the table condiments to add flavor to the dry chicken. Additionally, his side salad was just a small pile of greens without any dressing. We were both very disappointed with our meals.

I decided to try the long bay beach bowl, but to my disappointment, it appeared to be someone's leftovers. Despite being described as a rice, mango chili, and shrimp bowl, what I received was only a handful of rice and mango, a mere three small shrimp pieces, and some lettuce. It definitely did not live up to the expectations of a proper bowl, and certainly not worth the price.

The beach had live music, and the servers were exceptional and very attentive. I preferred it over Sunken Harbour Club. The Bermudian Chowder wasn't what I expected, and I didn't enjoy it very much. I prefer fish chunks over blended fish. It also lacked variety in flavor. The Conch Fritters were delicious. They had a flavorful taste with chopped up conch pieces and a hint of curry. They were slightly salty, but when eaten with the mango salsa, it created a perfect balance. The Lamb Chops were incredibly tender, and the jus was absolutely delicious. It's a must-order! The Mahi Mahi was well-seasoned. It was a bit dry due to the lean meat, but it came with a tasty basmati rice and pumpkin. The Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream was not your typical ice cream. It was more like a gelato, but the chocolate flavor was incredibly rich. The atmosphere was fantastic, with a live musician who took requests. He was also great. I highly recommend it.

The conch fritters were incredibly delicious that I completely forgot to take a photo before devouring them entirely (last picture). The views were absolutely breathtaking, and I highly recommend everyone to indulge in the rum bread pudding with banana peanut ice cream!

The lunch or dinner at this beach is absolutely amazing. The dining experience by the ocean is top-notch, offering breathtaking views of the waterfront and the wildlife. During dinner, you can savor the cool breeze and witness the stunning sunset. Additionally, the beach menu is also available, allowing you to fully enjoy the water!
