For the best swimming experience, head towards the end of the beach that is closer to the jetty.

The beach was a beautiful experience and it's located about an hour and a half away from Albrook. You can take the San Carlos bus from Albrook for $3.00, or choose to take the Antón bus or another bus. The San Carlos (M/S Benjamín tigo stop) is where you need to get off, and there's a pedestrian bridge there. On the other side, you'll find a police station and the entrance to the beach. To get to the beach, you can either take a taxi or walk, which would take approximately 10 minutes. As you walk, take in the beautiful houses around you and you'll find the shortest way to the beach while enjoying the trip.

The beach authorities strictly enforce the closing time of 5 PM, and finding a suitable parking spot can be a challenge. Additionally, the beach may not be as pristine as one would hope.
