I really enjoyed my time at the beach. The guesthouse I stayed at provided a beach umbrella and several sunbeds, which was great. Additionally, there was a lovely hammock located on the edge of the jungle.
However, the best part was the privacy! When I arrived at around 12 PM, I had the entire beach to myself for about an hour or two. Throughout the day, I only saw four local residents and one tourist woman, but they were all quite far away.
Just a heads up, if you decide to visit in the evening (after 4 PM), it's important to have mosquito repellent as there tends to be a large number of mosquitoes at that time. During the day, though, the beach is mosquito-free.
Lastly, there are some coral formations in the water, but they aren't a major issue.
