If this rating system went up to 8 stars, they would definitely deserve 11. It's rare to find a place that truly excels in customer service, but the staff at the Cove went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. From John and Nicole to Ms. Angie and the rest of the team, they made us feel incredibly valued and special during our stay. And let's not forget about the food - it was absolutely amazing in terms of creativity, presentation, and taste. I am already looking forward to coming back!

This beach is absolutely stunning, a true paradise. The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and warm. We have visited multiple times and will definitely be returning again!

The Cove is a magical place that we were excited to return to for the second time. We booked the same ocean view suite, which has been nicely renovated and offers a spectacular view. However, we did feel that the bathroom could use some extra amenities, as the shower head and hose were a bit old and rusty. The bed was very comfortable and the room felt like home, with a nice and comfy couch. The restaurant food was good and deliciously prepared, but we found it to be a bit overpriced, especially the breakfast. We had some issues with the service, as the staff was very nice but seemed undertrained. We experienced inconsistencies in the food service, with items sometimes being served incorrectly or missing, and had to go to the restaurant to place orders because no one came to take them for hours. The beach service was also lacking, with some orders being forgotten and delays in service. We would have appreciated seeing the beach attendants cleaning up the beach in their free time. The housekeeping service could also use improvement, as the mini bar was never refilled, bathrobes were not changed in 7 days, and the outdoor shower was not cleaned. On a positive note, the gym and yoga room had a beautiful view, and we enjoyed the pool as well. We hope that the management will provide the necessary training for the staff to match the quality and price of the hotel. Overall, we love The Cove and would recommend it, despite the service issues. We plan to return in the future.

I stayed at this beach in 2018 and I have to say, after reading all the reviews, I was prepared to be charged a lot of money. However, after renting a car at the airport and exploring the island, I realized that everyone who accepts credit cards charges a high percentage, including the 12% VAT and 18% gratuity, totaling 30%. Despite this, the trip was worth every penny as the locals were friendly, there were few tourists, and it felt safe. The resort itself was very nice, although the rooms were a bit small with limited walking space around the king-sized bed, leading to some bumps on my shins. However, I was fortunate to meet their driver/bellman Jerome J., who went above and beyond by delivering my suitcase from the airport to my bungalow without me even asking. This is a place I would definitely consider returning to.

The Cove was truly stunning and one of the best places we've ever visited. The rooms, location, and staff were all exceptional. The view and room were fantastic, and the service was top-notch. The food at the restaurant was incredibly fresh and delicious. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable!
