The sandy shore offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. While the chaise longues are undoubtedly comfortable, their cost may be a deterrent for some. Fear not, as a refreshing shower can be had for a mere €0,5 for 30 seconds.

As a guest, I was warmly welcomed into the lido and departed feeling like a cherished friend. The management team was exceptional, and the cuisine was top-notch. The attentive service catered to my every need, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the tranquil atmosphere provided the perfect opportunity for some thrilling kitesurfing adventures. I highly recommend this beach destination to anyone seeking a delightful and unforgettable getaway.

If you're seeking a serene escape without sacrificing the stunning seaside and the convenience of a well-equipped lido, then the isthmus beach is the perfect destination. With a fitness area, relaxation options (including the soothing vibrations of Tibetan bells), and amenities for both children and four-legged friends, this beach has everything you need. And let's not forget the bar, which offers an impressive selection of 50 different types of coffee (Alex's cold espresso is a must-try) and vegan and gluten-free options. The sunbeds are spaced generously apart, and the prices are unbeatable (only 5€ per sunbed in Salento!). But the real gem of this beach is the restaurant, serving both traditional and unique dishes that are sure to delight your taste buds. I was pleasantly surprised to find such high-quality cuisine at a beachside restaurant. The staff and managers are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive to every customer's needs, making you feel like a VIP. A big thank you to Azzurra, Emanuele, Marco, Antonella, Teresa, Simone, Elia, Alex, and Deborah for making my experience at the isthmus beach unforgettable. I highly recommend this beach to anyone seeking a memorable seaside getaway.

If you're a fan of a serene and untamed beach, this one is definitely worth checking out. It strikes the perfect balance between convenience and seclusion, offering essential amenities like showers, restrooms, and refreshments while still feeling remote and tranquil. Although finding the beach can be a bit of a challenge (we relied on Google Maps after losing our way with the GPS), parking is available alongside the road. Arriving early on a Saturday, we were able to secure two sun loungers and an umbrella (although it seemed like regulars had first dibs). The beach itself is quite expansive, allowing for leisurely strolls along the shore and plenty of space to soak up the sun. Unfortunately, during our visit, we did notice some unsightly debris near the water's edge, possibly some sort of marine life or algae. However, venturing out into the water just a few meters past this area yielded crystal-clear and refreshing water up to hip-level. We would have happily spent the entire day here if not for the unfortunate debris situation. Overall, we highly recommend this beach for those seeking a peaceful and picturesque seaside escape.
