On both occasions, the staff have been amiable, making this beach the finest swimming spot we have discovered in Amalfi, far from the crowds. The cost of 5€ per person is reasonable, considering that it includes access to showers and toilets. The enormous cave nearby is a thrill for experienced rock climbers who can jump from the cliff at a safe distance. Although it is possible to rock climb the arch, it is a bit too advanced for me. During our first visit, we rented an umbrella and chairs, which was a good deal for a long stay in Amalfi. The food is decent, but in my opinion, not worth the price, so it is best to bring your own if you can plan ahead. Be cautious of sea urchins in rock crevices, as with any other place in Italy. There are a lot of fish to see, but of course, there will be plastic and debris floating around as well, given the proximity to a busy coastal town.
