We arrived late for our 9pm reservation (Italians do tend to eat dinner quite late) at this stunning location above Andora. Our table was outside, offering a truly spectacular view. The area is simply awesome. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of prosecco, which was a lovely touch. We ordered a variety of starters, main courses, and desserts. The seafood, in particular, was exceptional. However, the meat dishes ordered by some members of our 12-person group were poorly prepared—dry and almost fully cooked despite requests for medium-rare. In the end, the bill came to around 650 Euros, which included plenty of wine, prosecco, and grappa. This was acceptable, but the disappointing quality of the meat left a sour note.
Verdict:
+ Location, Location, Location
+ Food (seafood only)
+ Taste (seafood only)
- Rather pricey for Andora
- Meat was not professionally prepared (dry and chewy - all of them) - don't even try
